Welcome to Finance AI Education Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://finance.aieduacademy.com (the “Site”) and all associated services, courses, tools, and resources (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

4. Subscription & Payments
Some Services require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for illegal purposes; (b) interfere with Site security or functionality; (c) upload malicious code; (d) impersonate others; (e) violate third-party rights; or (f) scrape, crawl, or harvest data without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finance AI Education Academy and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior six months.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful or inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
